Little SongBirds

This project was designed for a baby and toddler music-making group. The brief was to great a playful identity with bird illustrations combined with images of nature and music! Our decision choose soft and and inviting colours as opposed to very loud bright colours as if to give a more relaxed feel. I created a custom typographic logo with swirls to mimic the drops in quarter notes on a stave. Additionally the main illustrations are cut-out/geometric like birds playing instruments on a stave with leaves. These ideas were based on Jane’s taste, the client and I believe it adds a “folky” nature to the imagery!
