Accelerate My Mortgage Illustrations

Accelerate My Mortgage is a new app that encourages home-owners to pay of their mortgage quickly. They needed a set of friendly and soft icons highlight the main ways in which to pay off a mortgage. Further, I designed a set of banner images to communicate the path and feeling of achieving mortgage freedom. The images needed to feel very “human” “light” and “inspiring”. I drew simplified versions of each point to nod to the ease of following their steps. We choose to not rely too much on the imagery of a car speedometer that they currently have in their logo as it could be confusing to the audience. To prevent that, and in most cases, we interpreted the points literally.
